Bowling

The kids have found a new hobby

that they both like and are pretty good at, too.

On Wednesday afternoons,

you can find the three of us at

South Hills Bowling Lanes

hanging out with 22 other home school kids.

Maya and Scott started playing on the

Home School Bowling League

on February 9th.

We've met a lot of wonderful kids

and had a great time both at league

and in our two hour practices on Fridays after school.

Maya's improved from a 38 to a 106

and Scott has improved from an 11 to an 82.

Not too bad.

Not too bad at all.

Oh, and did I mention the kids?

Yeah...they're terrific

and I think they think Maya and Scott

are pretty terrific, too.

We have made lots of new friends

and look forward to going each week.

We're trying to talk the manager into a summer league.

Now that the kids have started bowling,

they don't really want to stop. :)
