Teen Poetry Contest.


Silence

                                         S   ilence is peaceful.

                                         I    t rarely occurs.

                                         L   et silence speak its own words.

                                         E   verything ceases to exist.

                                         N   othing stirs

                                         C   lose your eyes and hear the silence.

                                         E   verything is quiet.

It's another acrostic poem.

Our kids really like this form of poetry.

We'll let you know how she does in the contest!

We are beginning our Spring Break this weekend.

(We have Steven all to ourselves

for two weeks!)
